With our Trunk Bottle insulation technology, your cold beverages will be kept cold and fresh for up to 24 hours and your hot drinks will be kept toasty up to 12 hours. Please note that our products are insulators and not coolers/heaters. Our bottles need to be fed pre-chilled or already hot drinks for them to do their best.

No ones like being told what to do but we do have some guidelines to help you keep your bottle at it's best.

Our Wine Bottles are happy carrying around most things – wine, water, good ol’ British squash. We don’t however recommend fizzy drinks (sorry Prosecco) due to the pressure of the bubbles on the vacuum sealed twist lid.

Our Tumblers on the other hand would be happy to hold your sparkling drinks. We also highly recommend using them for mulled wine or coffee is great!

Our Water Bottles do what they say on the tin and are most happy to hold water…because staying hydrated is cool too.

Nope! We could not give a more resounding no here! If you put our lovely bottles in the dishwasher, you risk damaging your bottle. If you put it in the microwave, you risk blowing up your microwave…so please don’t do that!

We recommend you clean your bottle after every use. Don’t worry, it’s pretty simple. Pop off the lid of your bottle, squirt a loving drop of washing up liquid dollop into the bottle and fill to about a 1/3 to ½ hot water. Place your lid back on and shake it like Tom Cruise in Cocktail for about 30 seconds. When you’re done, take the lid back off, rinse and leave upside down to air dry (cap off).

Our bottles are made of Double Wall Vacuum Insulated 18/8 (also known as 304), food grade Stainless Steel.

We use a variety of finishes such as powder coating, glitter paint and a silicone feel. All our products are BPA free and free of single use plastic. Our goal is to be completely plastic free but until then, some of our products do contain small amounts of reusable plastic such as our tumbler lids and the seals in our bottles.

Our bottles are double walled and made with Insulated 18/8 Food Grade Stainless Steel (also known as 304).

What does that 18/8 actually mean we hear you ask? So 18 (18%) refers to the ratio of Chromium, and 8 (8%) refers to ratio of Nickel present within the stainless steel.

We’re not here to lecture you about science but basically Chromium is the thing that puts the stainless in stainless steel and Nickel gives it that extra strength!

We're confident your product is of the highest quality, but in any unlikely circumstance you find your bottle isn't up to it's best, we do cover your bottles for manufacturing defects for 1 year after purchase.

Please note that we do not cover general wear and tear on the products or the paint, or for defects caused by use of the products that they were not designed for.
